10 days to see what your mining project knows, and what it is about to lose.
We take one mining project, such as a feasibility study, an operating mine or a set of contracts, and build its World Model from your own records. Tell us a little about your company and we'll arrange a first conversation.
How it runs
- 01Choose one project. A study, operation or contract set, with its documents.
- 02Connect the records. Days 1–2: we load the documents with your team.
- 03Build and analyse. Days 3–7: QMAI builds the World Model and runs the specialist assistants.
- 04Read out the findings. Days 8–10: we walk your team through what we found, each item linked to its source.

What we need from you
- Access to one project's documents: a study, an operating site or a set of contracts
- A sponsor who owns the outcome
- Two or three people who know the project, for short review sessions
Who should be involved
- The project or study manager
- A technical lead from geology, mining or metallurgy
- Someone from commercial, corporate or the company secretary's office
What happens after
- You keep the findings, each linked to its source
- Continue with QMAI on that project, extend to others, or stop there
- If you stop, we delete your data on request
